Experience-Based Awareness: A Workshop at Al-Manshiyah Cooperative Association

From the heart of the Jordan Valley—Jordan’s food basket—and with every field visit, we rediscover that farmers don’t need someone to dictate instructions to them; they need someone to stand alongside them on their land and share the experience.

During our workshop with Al-Manshiyah Cooperative Association, we guided our work by a core principle we firmly believe in and practice: “Awareness Before Persuasion.” We didn’t just talk about organic fertilizers and their benefits; we gave male and female farmers the opportunity to handle the materials themselves and create organic solutions step-by-step with their own hands. Seeing their passion as they experienced the impact and change firsthand is the moment true, field-rooted conviction is born.

We concluded the meeting with an honest, pragmatic dialogue where we listened to the daily challenges they face on their farms and exchanged ideas to reach practical solutions that reduce costs and preserve soil health and productivity.
