Cultivating Impact: OrganicG Organizes an Organic Waste Recycling Workshop at Zaha Cultural Center

As part of our ongoing efforts to promote sustainable environmental practices and enhance community skills, OrganicG hosted a specialized training workshop for local women, in collaboration with Zaha Cultural Center.

The workshop combined scientific concepts with practical field applications of recycling, highlighting the crucial role of organic fertilizers in restoring soil vitality and boosting crop yields through safe, eco-friendly methods.

 Key Workshop Modules:

  • Compost Production from Waste: A practical demonstration outlining the steps to transform food scraps and organic household waste into nutrient-rich organic fertilizer—reducing waste and supporting household economics.
  • Home Garden Management: Interactive discussions covering best practices for managing green spaces and overcoming day-to-day home gardening challenges.
  • Direct Consultations & Solutions: An open Q&A session providing participants with tailored, actionable guidance for applying organic solutions on the ground.

Closing Initiative: Swapping Empty Pots for Seedlings

At the conclusion of the workshop, an encouraging environmental initiative was launched where participants swapped empty plant pots for healthy green seedlings. This activity encouraged immediate hands-on practice, helping translate theoretical knowledge into real-world action and expanding green cover in their homes.

Our Strategic Responsibility: At OrganicG, we remain committed to sharing agricultural knowledge and empowering women with practical skills—turning everyday household practices into a vital step toward environmental protection and a more sustainable future.
