OrganicG participated in the launch of the AgriTech Service Line pilot phase, an initiative spearheaded by the AgriTech Innovation Hub at the German Jordanian University (GJU) in collaboration with MERA’s AgriTech Field Lab, supported by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) through the GAIN project.
The event gathered key players across the agricultural ecosystem, including innovators, farmers, and SMEs, focusing on aligning cutting-edge technology with real-world farming challenges. Discussions highlighted critical agricultural issues in the Jordan Valley, Mafraq, and Azraq—such as high energy costs, water scarcity, and post-harvest losses—while exploring circular economy models to drive resilience and resource efficiency.
OrganicG’s engagement underscores its dedication to participating in platforms where engineering innovation seamlessly connects with field testing and market needs. Through pathways dedicated to product development, prototyping, and live farm testing, the initiative offers a strong framework for validating high-impact agricultural solutions.
By engaging in this pilot phase, OrganicG reaffirms its commitment to pioneering scalable, sustainable technologies that address pressing agricultural and environmental challenges across the region.
